Where IT Recyclers provides IT asset recycling, collection, disposal, data destruction or related services, additional service-specific terms may apply.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that they have authority to provide equipment to IT Recyclers for recycling, disposal, resale, refurbishment or destruction.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers should ensure that all required data has been backed up before equipment is transferred to IT Recyclers.

Where a secure data destruction service is purchased, IT Recyclers will perform the service in accordance with the agreed scope and applicable procedures.
